Overview of the role: We are looking for PHP Senior Developers to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. Horário: Comercial segunda a sexta 09:00 - 18:00 Contratação: Efetivo – CLT Nível: Profissional Descrição e Responsabilidades • Manter, corrigir e evoluir os sistemas internos em produção, priorizando a estabilidade e a continuidade dos serviços. • Propor e conduzir a evolução arquitetural dos sistemas, definindo padrões, avaliando trade-offs e registrando decisões técnicas (ADRs). • Analisar o código legado e documentar as regras de negócio antes de qualquer alteração. • Desenvolver e manter APIs REST e integrações com sistemas de terceiros • Escrever e revisar consultas em banco de dados relacional, com atenção a desempenho e integridade. • Escrever testes automatizados e ampliar gradualmente a cobertura do legado. • Atuar no fluxo com especificação, branch de homologação e revisão por pares, também como revisor(a) técnico(a) dos colegas. • Aplicar segurança (OWASP) e LGPD no desenvolvimento e reduzir a dívida de segurança existente (gestão de segredos, autenticação, exposição de dados). • Empregar ferramentas de IA no fluxo de trabalho, revisando criticamente o que é gerado. • Documentar decisões técnicas e apoiar a equipe com mentoria e difusão de boas práticas. Requisitos • Graduação em Ciências da Computação, Enqenharia de Software ou afins; • Domínio de PHP: 8.x, com capacidade de atuar em bases 5.6 / 7.4; Framework MVC PHP: Laminas/Zend, Symfony, Laravel ou CodeIgniter; ORM: Doctrine ou equivalente; Banco de dados: MySQL 8.x (modelagem, consultas, otimização); APIs REST: desenvolvimento e consumo, com noções de OAuth2; Testes automatizados: PHPUnit ou similar; Controle de versão: Git (branches, pull requests, revisão de código); Segurança: fundamentos de OWASP Top 10; Padrões e boas práticas: Padrões de projeto, SOLID e Clean Code e Arquitetura em camadas e PSR-12 e IA para código: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot ou similares no dia a dia. • Conhecimentos desejáveis: Laminas / Zend Framework com Apigility / API Tools; Doctrine em base legada (annotations, DQL customizado); DDD e Clean Architecture em projeto real; Qualidade: análise estática (Psalm/PHPStan) e CI (Bitbucket Pipelines ou similar); • Diferenciais: ERP Sankhya e/ou SQL Server (T-SQL); Python, Docker e nuvem (OCI, AWS ou similar); LGPD aplicada a sistemas e Integrações com Certisign, Twilio e Zoom.
